move:
- Current status pertaining to the move
- Name
- Manager
- Move date
- Mailstop
- Present and future location ID
- Present and future DID number
- Cabling Drop ID
- PEN number or PBX station identifier
- Phone model, type, and style
- Telephone class of service (CoS)
- Notes
